Accreditation is a professional standard that ensures students receive a high-quality education. In the United States, there are six regional accreditation agencies which are recognized by the U.S. Department of Education. These agencies regularly evaluate an institution’s academic programs, administration, mission, financial health, and resources.
The following State of Indiana entities work in tandem with regional and programmatic accrediting agencies.
